Pick Masters was born from a simple observation: the gap between casual play and professional-level understanding in Valorant was vast, but bridgeable. Founded by former esports professionals who witnessed countless talented players plateau due to lack of structured guidance, we set out to democratize access to elite-level coaching.

What started as a small collective of Radiant players helping friends has evolved into the most trusted coaching platform in the Valorant community. Our coaches have collectively helped over 2,500 players break through their skill barriers and achieve ranks they once thought impossible.
