Pick Masters provides an online platform that connects gaming enthusiasts with professional coaches specializing in Valorant. Our services include:

• Access to a curated network of verified Radiant-level coaches
• Booking system for one-on-one coaching sessions
• VOD (Video on Demand) review services
• Personalized training programs and skill development plans
• Educational content, guides, and strategic resources
• Community features and coaching-related tools

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

Age Requirements: You must be at least 13 years old to use our services. Users between 13-17 years old must have parental consent. Users under 18 should have a parent or guardian review these Terms.

Account Creation: To access certain features, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Account Accuracy: You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We are not liable for any loss you may incur as a result of someone else using your account, either with or without your knowledge.

4. User Conduct and Responsibilities

By using our platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with the following guidelines:

• Respectful Communication: Maintain professional and respectful communication with coaches and other users
• Accurate Information: Provide truthful information about your gaming experience, goals, and skill level
• Session Attendance: Attend scheduled coaching sessions on time and be prepared to participate actively
• Payment Obligations: Pay for services in accordance with the agreed-upon terms and pricing
• Intellectual Property Respect: Do not record, distribute, or share proprietary coaching content without explicit permission
• Platform Integrity: Do not attempt to hack, manipulate, or interfere with the platform's functionality

5. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on our platform:

• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior toward coaches or other users
• Sharing inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
• Attempting to circumvent our payment system or booking procedures
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotions or services
• Reverse engineering, copying, or attempting to extract our proprietary algorithms
• Using automated tools or bots to interact with our platform
• Sharing login credentials or allowing unauthorized account access
• Engaging in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations

6. Coaching Services and Guarantees

Service Nature: Our coaching services are educational in nature and designed to improve gaming skills through instruction, practice, and feedback. Results may vary based on individual effort, talent, and dedication.

No Rank Guarantees: While our coaches are skilled professionals, we do not guarantee specific rank improvements or competitive outcomes. Gaming performance depends on numerous factors beyond coaching instruction.

Coach Independence: Coaches on our platform are independent contractors. While we maintain quality standards, individual coaching styles and approaches may vary.

Session Conduct: Coaching sessions should maintain a professional atmosphere. Inappropriate behavior from either party may result in session termination without refund.

7. Payment Terms and Billing

Pricing: All prices are clearly displayed on our platform and are subject to change with reasonable notice. Current pricing includes Bronze Tier ($30), Diamond Tier ($120), and Radiant Tier ($220) packages.

Payment Processing: Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. We do not store your payment information on our servers.

Billing: You will be charged at the time of booking confirmation. All payments are due immediately unless otherwise specified in a custom arrangement.

Currency: All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified.

8. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation by User: You may cancel a booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled session time for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee.

Cancellation by Coach: If a coach needs to cancel, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior cancellation will result in forfeiture of the session fee.

Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

Dispute Resolution: Any billing disputes should be reported within 30 days of the transaction.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

Platform Content: All content on our platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and design elements, is owned by Pick Masters and protected by intellectual property laws.

Coaching Materials: Coaching strategies, methodologies, and proprietary training materials shared during sessions remain the intellectual property of the respective coaches and Pick Masters.

User Content: Any content you submit to our platform (reviews, feedback, forum posts) grants us a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with our services.

Trademark Notice: VALORANT is a trademark of Riot Games, Inc. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Riot Games.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

Service Availability: We strive to maintain platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for temporary service interruptions or technical issues.

Coaching Outcomes: We are not responsible for coaching outcomes, gaming performance, or any decisions made based on coaching advice received through our platform.

Third-Party Services: We are not liable for issues arising from third-party services, including payment processors, communication platforms, or external links.

Maximum Liability: Our total liability to you for any claims related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pick Masters, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

13. Termination

Termination by User: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Termination does not affect any outstanding payment obligations.

Termination by Pick Masters: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in prohibited activities, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use our services immediately ceases. Provisions regarding intellectual property, liability limitation, and dispute resolution shall survive termination.

14. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Pick Masters is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by law.

Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or representative proceedings.
